Business responsibility
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and freshness of submitted information. AgentCard may review, edit, hide, reject, or suspend misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, duplicate, or unverifiable profiles.
AgentCard may suspend misleading or fraudulent profiles when profile data, verification proof, or public claims appear inaccurate, deceptive, or unsafe.
No outcome guarantee
AgentCard does not guarantee leads, rankings, customers, revenue, appointments, or business outcomes.
Platform role
AgentCard helps organize public business facts for humans, search engines, and AI systems. Businesses must not submit false, deceptive, or unauthorized information.
